The MaPSA 6th Principals Forum took place at the MaPSA Holistic Development Center in Silang, Cavite. It was an engaging and informative event that brought together educational leaders from various schools.
The day commenced with a meaningful mass celebrated by Fr. Nolan Que, who also delivered an inspiring keynote address. His words resonated deeply with us, emphasizing the importance of holistic education and the role of assessment in nurturing student growth.
In the afternoon, we had the privilege of hearing from two esteemed speakers who shed light on the topic of assessment. Dr. Rose Clemeña, President of APSA, shared her wealth of knowledge and experience, providing valuable insights into effective assessment practices. Her presentation guided us in understanding how assessment can drive student success and promote continuous improvement.
Ms. Jane Cacacho, the Principal of Xavier School San Juan, further enriched our understanding of assessment through her thought-provoking talk. She emphasized the importance of a comprehensive approach to assessment, encompassing various methods that cater to diverse learners. Her practical strategies on how to incorporate assessment effectively in classrooms were truly inspiring.
The discussions throughout the day highlighted the significant role that assessment plays in shaping educational practices. It reinforced our commitment to providing a well-rounded and meaningful learning experience for our students.

Day 2 of the MaPSA Principals' Forum focused on the sharing of Assessment Best Practices in different Arch/Diocesan Educational Systems. The forum aimed to provide a platform for principals to learn from the experiences and strategies of their peers in assessment and to ensure continuous improvement in student learning.
Among the sharers for the day were esteemed educators, each with their own valuable insights. Leading the discussants were Ms. Jenny Lyn Chua, the Principal of Holy Child Catholic School, Ms. Josefina Villavicencio, the Assistant Superintendent of MaDiCSA-MaPSA and Principal of Immaculate Conception School-Malolos (ICSM) Dr. Melinda Segismundo, the Senior High School Principal of Pasig Catholic College, Mr. Lord Celeste Balo, the Principal of St. Andrew's School, and Mr. Ferdinand Caballero, Asst. SHS Principal of ICSM.
Mr. Eduardo Salamera, the Principal of Sta. Clara Parish School and Ermita Catholic School, brought a light-hearted and humorous touch to the discussion as the moderator. His lively and engaging approach kept the participants entertained while facilitating a productive and enjoyable learning experience.
