The 2nd Human Resource Management and Development Summit
The 2nd Human Resource Management and Development Summit was held last January 15-16, 2020 at Ace Water Spa, United cor. Brixton Sts., Pioneer, Pasig City. With the theme, “Revitalizing Cultural Integrity and Charism in Human Capital Management” the event was attended by more than 70 participants facilitated by the MaPSA Commission on Human Resource-Continuing Education Chair Dr. Anthony Venus and his able and competent core group.
The HR Summit is methodical, agile, professional and self-phased activity that will bring about meaningful results through industry, research-based fora and intellective exercises. Thus, the summit provided updates, proposed new programs, stimulated motivation, sustained interest and sparked innovation in nurturing human capital.
The objectives of the summit were:
1) to revitalize the diocesan cultural integrity and charism in managing human capital through appreciation of work-life-integration;
2) to revalidate and realign HR programs, practices and strategies with other academic institutions; and
3) to reestablish and strengthen networks of school HR practitioners.
