After the astounding reorganization of MAPSA organization and superintendency, the Executive Committee members resolved to put MAPSA's own building. The first batch of Priest-School Directors who took their MA in School Leadership conceived a project that could be beneficial to their school and to MAPSA as well. They thought of managing the accidental insurance of our students as an experiment for school year 1997-1998. nine school directors took the risk and selected Msgr.
